Easter!!

We went to Mamay's for easter and it was so fun. I got a coconut cupcake that was delicious and I got to wear my pretty easter dress. Lots of relatives came, including my great grandparents Nana and Papa. Also my two cousins came, and they loved playing with me. Then we went out to dinner with Lulu and Stu, and I got to try Mashed Potatoes. Whoa Man, where have they been hiding those gems? I could eat a pound of those! I am exhausted today and "slept in". At first, Mom couldn't believe that I was sitting so still for these photos, but upon reflection, mom thinks I look pretty tired in some of these photos.

Mamay's visit

Mamay came to visit and boy that was fun. We went to eat out and I was a good girl. Everyone at the restaurant said they had never seen such a good girl. It was cold, windy and rainy the whole time so we didn't get out much but I showed her all my toys and we played lots of games and cuddled.

What a difference 9 months can make!

This is a video taken when Stella was 2 weeks old....my how you have grown, sweet girl!

Lock up your valuables....I'm on the move!

I .....See ya later suckers!

My Best Friend Leigh

I spend my days with my neighbor Leigh. She is 2 months younger than I am. We have fun playing with our toys together.

Even best buddies go through rough patches...like when I want to play with Sophie, and Leigh is already playing with Sophie....I get a bit of resistance from her....
overall, we our days are mostly filled with smiles, and since we are neighbors, our parents have fun drinking wine together. So it works out for everyone. I just have to learn to share. Maybe after I learn to walk.

What's a couch potato?

This is a video of me on Saturday morning watching my baby einstein movie about the bee. Mom couldn't resist, though she swears she does other stuff with me besides plunk me in front of the TV. She is not a deadbeat, really!!

Supermodel Heights

I went to Dr. Look for my 9 month check-up today and came through with flying colors. She says I am very determined, very busy, and noted how much I love my toys. She says I look great and am very healthy-but Mom knew that already. I am all ready to start adding meats, yogurt, cheese and egg yolks to my diet. Can't wait for that!

Unfortunately, I have taken some falls lately so I came to her very bruised up, but she said not to worry about that.
Here are my stats:
Height: 29"....95th percentile!
Weight: 20lbs, 3 oz.....75th percentile!
Head: 43.3 cm....30th percentile*

*What's up with that?!?

I love the bee!

Nothing makes me quite so happy as the bee on my baby einstein video. No one can make me laugh like my friend the bee. Oh bee, how I love you so!!

These Boots are made for walkin'

I got tired of sitting on my fanny all day, so I decided it was time to go places. I don't get anywhere too fast, but now my parents have some time to baby proof the house. Get excited. I will be running circles around all of you in no time!

Michael Phelps has nothing on me!

Mom found an indoor pool that is 93 degrees-pretty much the same as my bathtub. We went on Saturday and it was so much fun-we played games with the teacher and I floated on my back and on my tummy. I got lots of compliments on my tropical suit. Daddy says I need to learn to dunk my head, maybe next lesson!

Rubber Ducky, You're the One!

bath time is my FAVORITE time of the day. I love playing with my duck and my watering can, and I try to drink the water. Sometimes I stay in the bath for an hour...its warm and the perfect way for me to relax before bed. I am truly Stu's granddaughter!

Life's a beach

My first trip to the beach put me right to sleep in my moms arms. I think it must sound like the waves crashing on my sleep sheep. In any case, I got to be carried for what seemed like miles, blissfully dreaming away. Mom thinks that me sleeping is just about the most wonderful thing ever.

Lovees

My godmother Emily came over this weekend to see me and my mom....Thanks Auntie Em! You can babysit me ANYTIME!

Raggedy Ann and Me!

Here are photos from my raggedy ann photo shoot this weekend.

Christmas 2008-Did the camera break?

Mom flunked picture taking this year. Luckily santa brought mom a sweet new camera and now she has no more excuses. thanks to mamay we got one photo of stella in her dress and one with dad in my snow suit the day after. Stella was a good girl this year because she got some sweet loot. The best part? The wrapping paper!

Thanksgiving 2008

We went to Mamay's house this year and enjoyed turkey with Nana, Papa, Aunt Kellie and Uncle David, Gianni, Ruby, Aunt Kim and Uncle Matt, Matthew, Lauren and Jerry and Sandy. A big crowd, and they all loved Stellabean. Here is a picture the "day after" with our turkey hangovers. We don't look like we have gained a pound. We love Ruby's pose for the camera. The other picture is with my great grandparents. My belly is saying hello!
